Trí Minh is a Hai Phong-based artisan bakery specializing in made-to-order sourdough bread. What started as a home operation grew quickly into a loyal customer community — but the business had no web presence and no way to handle orders outside of direct messages on social media.
The brief was to build something that matched the craft and care behind the product: a site that felt warm and approachable, with a clean online ordering flow that put the baker in control of the bake schedule — without being buried in DMs.
